SHIPPING

All jewelry is made to order, and if your purchase is not in stock your order may take 3 to 4 weeks to ship.

We will inform you via email of your FEDEX tracking number at time of shipping.

PAYMENTS

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We ship Fedex plus insurance for all items purchased from Paula Jerome Designs. If you are a NJ resident or if you are shipping to the state of NJ, there will also be a 7 % sales tax.

DAMAGES, SHORT or LOST SHIPMENT

In the event of damage in transit (to you), shortage, or lost shipment please call our office (609 652-0843) for authorization. PLEASE KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIALS. Authorization for damage during shipping and short shipments, must be made to our office within 5 days of receipt of goods and all returns must be accompanied by original packaging with invoice number and packing slip. Lost shipment must be reported to our office within 5 days of shipping date.

Any unauthorized return will not be accepted by Paula Jerome Designs.

RETURNS ~ PLEASE CHECK ALL MERCHANDISE UPON RECEIPT

We hope our commitment to the quality of our work, and to our customer service exceeds your expectations. We will cheerfully refund any unworn item, for any reason, within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. All returns require prior authorization from Paula Jerome Designs and must be made within 15 days of receipt of purchase. Authorization must be made by phone: (609 652-0843). Returns must be in original condition, properly packaged and shipped insured with invoice number and packing slip. Jewelry that has been worn or damaged by purchaser will not be accepted for credit or exchange.

Any unauthorized return will not be accepted by Paula Jerome Designs.
